Where Fitness Meets Behaviour
Meet Glynis Ferguson: Female Health and Therapeutic Coaching

I didn’t become a women’s health coach because I loved fitness – even though I do. I became one because I needed to understand my own body.
Years ago, I was navigating disordered eating, early menopause, pelvic floor dysfunction, and the quiet identity shift that comes when your body changes before you’re ready for it.
I know what it feels like to do “everything right” and still feel frustrated. To push harder when what you really need is a different approach. To look in the mirror and feel disconnected from the woman looking back.
That experience didn’t just shape me personally. It shaped my work.
Today, I specialise in helping midlife women rebuild strength, energy and confidence in a way that actually makes sense for this stage of life.
My background spans:
Because midlife isn’t just physical. It’s physiological. Emotional. Behavioural. Identity-level.
And surface-level advice doesn’t cut it anymore.
Over time, I realised something important, most women don’t struggle because they don’t know what to do.
That’s why I trained as a Therapeutic Coach for Women.
Not to turn sessions into therapy, but to understand the emotional and behavioural patterns that sit underneath burnout, self-sabotage and guilt.
This is what makes my work different.
I don’t just change workouts. I help women change their relationship with themselves.
I work at the intersection of:
Hormones
Habits
Mindset
Through my signature framework, The Midlife Shift Method™, I guide women through sustainable strength training, intelligent nutrition, stress regulation and behavioural change.
Not through extremes, shame or pressure. Through structure, consistency, and calm authority.
Outside of coaching, I’m a music lover who will travel for a gig. I recharge in the sun — Greece and Thailand feel like second homes. And I love long walks, coffee and cake, and time with family, friends and my dogs.
I believe in building a life that feels strong, full and expansive — not just physically, but emotionally.
That’s the standard I hold for myself, and for the women I work with.
Midlife done differently.
